Are payment plans available?

Designed with you in mind, our new payment plans make our revolutionary language-learning program even more affordable!

Choose from 2 options:

  1. Pay balance in full during registration
  2. Pay 50% during registration, then remaining balance two weeks later

Is there a registration/transaction fee?

Yes. These cover part of our cc processing fee. For core classes during  8 week session: $12 fee

For core classes during  12 week session: $19 fee*

*For checks during any session, our transaction fee is $10. Checks are only accepted during early registration periods, at open house or week before session start. Payment in FULL only (no payment plans) and can be delivered (during session times) or mailed.

Are gift certificates available?

Gift Certificates can be used for purchase of any Freestyle Language Center offering. Refunds not available on gift certificates.

Returned Checks & Late Payments

There is a $25 fee for returned checks. Payments not made within the first week will be subject to a $25 late fee.

Weather Cancellations

Please note, any classes cancelled due to weather generally will not be made-up.

What is the refund policy?

Immersion and Cafe are FINAL SALE.

All 6, 8, & 12 week session registrations include a $100 non-refundable deposit. Refunds exclude deposit, registration fees, and Bridge the Gap online curriculum.

Refunds and Credits must be requested in writing.  All credits are transferable to friends or family. Good for 1 year.

  • Full refund before end of week 1.
  • 50% refund start of week 2, remaining 50% as credit. No refunds will be processed after the end of week 2.
  • 50% credit through the end of week 6 in 12-week session, week 4 in 8-week session, or week 3 in 6-week session.
  • No credit after the halfway point of the session.

Online Spanish Refresher Policy:

  • Full refund before viewing of “Day 1” Guided Module. After release of “Day 1” Guided Module, students to receive credit only to be used in a future session.

Check processing fee of $25 applies. *$25 fee for returned checks.

We do not offer refunds for cancelled classes when mandated by local / federal health or emergency guidelines. 

What about discounts?

We offer various promotions or discounts (on Core Classes only) on a periodic basis – subscribe to and read our newsletter to be up to date on the best deal!

Discounts apply to standard list prices for Core Courses and can not be combined. AFS Member discounts, military discounts, and YELP vouchers must be verified to receive discount.

10% – Special military discount

10%-20% – Referrals! We offer 10% for 1 registered referral in the same session, 15% for 2 registered referrals in the same session, and 20% for 3 or more registered referrals in the same session.

NOTE: If already registered, referral receives discount to be used in following session. No refunds!

My employer offers tuition reimbursement. Do you provide a Certificate of Completion for proof of enrollment?

If you qualify for tuition reimbursement from your company or other third party, we are happy to provide you with a Certificate of Completion. Our process includes the following:
a) Place your request by the end of the session in which you are taking classes
b) Pay the $25 processing fee via PayPal or check
The certificate will be emailed to you within one week of your payment date.
