What is the refund policy?

Subscription Policy – Asynchronous & Synchronous
- 100% refunds are offered during the first 7 days of your subscription. Refund request must be in writing (via email to email@example.com) within 7 days of signing up. If received by midnight on the 7th day, our team will process your refund and manually unenroll you from your course, meaning you will lose access to all materials once the order is refunded.
- After the first 7 days, no refunds are available. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time using these directions from Teachable. Once you have cancelled your subscription, you will have access to your materials for the remainder of the month.
What about discounts?
We offer various promotions or discounts on a periodic basis – subscribe to and read our newsletter to be up to date on the best deal!
AFS Member discounts, military discounts, and YELP vouchers must be verified to receive discount.
Have a YELP voucher? Email voucher code to firstname.lastname@example.org. *Please note, each Yelp deal is good for 1 person and cannot be combined with other coupons / deals.

10% – Special military discount
10%-20% – Referrals! We offer 10% for 1 subscribed referral, 15% for 2 subscribed referrals, and 20% for 3 or more subscribed referrals in the same session.
NOTE: If already registered, referral receives discount to be used in following session. No refunds!
My employer offers tuition reimbursement. Do you provide a Certificate of Completion for proof of enrollment?
If you qualify for tuition reimbursement from your company or other third party, we are happy to provide you with a Certificate of Completion. Our process includes the following:
a) Place your request by the end of the session in which you are taking classes
b) Pay the $25 processing fee via PayPal or check
The certificate will be emailed to you within one week of your payment date.
